Reflections of Christ
My friend Chelsea...(thanks Chelsea) sent me this link and it is simply beautiful!! I watched this after a long day (and night) alone with me kids. So being exhausted it of course made me cry! It is well worth the 5 minute it takes to watch. It just makes me think of how grateful I am for the gospel!!

Lights, Cameras, Action!
On the second day we spent the whole day at Primary Children's Hospital. Being there again was a little weird especially for Amber and James...you both are the strongest people I know!! Caleb dressed up like a baby girl again (poor kid) and we hooked him up to a couple machines and the shooting began. He was a great little actor...at times James even called him an over actor (He did the crying scenes very well)! At one point I even got to stand next to my sister and pretend to be praying--which we did alot of when Averi was in the hospital.
So overall I now have 2 famous children and one extrodinary famous sister! She did great! I have a new respect for Amber because seeing Caleb have to act like a sick baby was very scary and almost more than I could handle, luckily I knew it was just pretend.
We also just recently had Stake Conference and I actually took something from it! Ben, Caleb and I went to the adult meeting on Saturday night. The speakers talked alot about the importance of family. Jeffery R. Holland said "We don't bear children to raise them, we bear them to save them." This hit home for me. I vowed after that to be a better mommy to my two little babies! We are trying harder to spend time as a family, so we'll see how it goes this week.

Song for a fifth child....
Well Caleb had his first doctor's appointment on Thursday. He is growing so fast...mostly horizontally! He has already gained over 2 pounds and he is only 4 weeks old. He weighed in at 9 lbs. 9 oz. on Thursday. I guess I need to gain more muscule in my arms so I can keep up with his growth! The Dr. calls him his little surfer dude, which he pretty much looks like. I might spoil him a little too much by holding him alot, but they grow way too fast and I don't want to miss a second of it! I learned alot from Emily and now things are more relaxed and I have leanred to "let them be little" and just enjoyed them. My mom is always quoting part of this poem to me...
Empty the dustpan, poison the moth,
Hang out the washing and butter the bread,
Sew on a button and make up a bed.
Where is the mother whose house is so shocking?
She's up in the nursery, blissfully rocking!
(Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
Dishes are waiting and bills are past due
(Pat-a-cake, darling, and peek, peekaboo).
The shopping's not done and there's nothing for stew
And out in the yard there's a hullabaloo
But I'm playing Kanga and this is my Roo.
Look! Aren't her eyes the most wonderful hue?
(Lullaby, rockaby, lullaby loo).
But children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust, go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby. Babies don't keep.

Updates on our little family
Last Saturday it was SOMEWHAT nice outside so Ben decided to take Emily roller blading. It started out that he would wear roller blades and carry Emily. I tried to tell him that task would be really hard, but NO he didn't listen. So as he took off down the sidewalk carrying Emily and trying to roller blade at the same time, he was wobbling and almost falling with evey movement. He then decided that I am the wise one and a stroller would be much easier. The end result was very cute.
So Caleb now sits in his swing and loves it...as long as Emily keeps her paws off of him.
While my Mom was here after I had Caleb we decided to give Emily her first haircut. She looked so cute. My Mom is much braver than I am. I am not about to try to give a 2 year old a haircut, she would look really bad in the end. Thanks Mom!!!
Caleb took his first bath in a real tub. He loved it. Emily was also a big helper as I was bathing him. To my surprise when his hair gets wet and starts to dry it goes really curly and then afroish. It is so funny!!
On March 30 we celebrated Emily's 2nd birthday. It was alot of fun. All of our family came over and she got really spoiled!! I bought her a few small toys and everyone else bought her toys and my house suddenly turned into a toy shop!! I love birthdays and I hope Emily will love them more as she gets older!

Big Yawn!! I was actually trying to get him to smile, this just shows how entertaining I really am....
