Updates on our little family

My silly girl!!! We bought her some new sunglasses and she wears then everywhere.
In February we finally bought a new car!!!! (It is a 2008 V-6 Honda Accord. It has all the gidgets and luxuries and we most likely will have it for a VERY long time.) Yipee, we have been driving my car I bought like 6 years ago. That was one major benefit to having a baby...I was able to convince Ben that 2 kids would not fit in our car (to my surprise they would, but it worked anyway) And now Ben has taken possesion of our car and calls it his little sports car...boys!
Last Saturday it was SOMEWHAT nice outside so Ben decided to take Emily roller blading. It started out that he would wear roller blades and carry Emily. I tried to tell him that task would be really hard, but NO he didn't listen. So as he took off down the sidewalk carrying Emily and trying to roller blade at the same time, he was wobbling and almost falling with evey movement. He then decided that I am the wise one and a stroller would be much easier. The end result was very cute.

So Caleb now sits in his swing and loves it...as long as Emily keeps her paws off of him.

While my Mom was here after I had Caleb we decided to give Emily her first haircut. She looked so cute. My Mom is much braver than I am. I am not about to try to give a 2 year old a haircut, she would look really bad in the end. Thanks Mom!!!

Caleb took his first bath in a real tub. He loved it. Emily was also a big helper as I was bathing him. To my surprise when his hair gets wet and starts to dry it goes really curly and then afroish. It is so funny!!

On March 30 we celebrated Emily's 2nd birthday. It was alot of fun. All of our family came over and she got really spoiled!! I bought her a few small toys and everyone else bought her toys and my house suddenly turned into a toy shop!! I love birthdays and I hope Emily will love them more as she gets older!

Big Yawn!! I was actually trying to get him to smile, this just shows how entertaining I really am....

Jessica, I finally have internet at my6 house again. And guess what!? I have now seen your blog!! Emily is such a little doll, and can I say that Caleb is definently Ben's baby. When I was looking at his little pictures I kept seeing a little Ben. It's not fair we put in so much work and they are their daddy's little twin. :)
